About the event

Join the Bridgnorth Branch of Shropshire Wildlife Trust for an evening with Sue and Martin Steere, exploring the history of organic farming and its relationship with the natural world.

In “The History of Organic Farming”, Sue and Martin will look at how approaches to farming have developed over time and explore the principles behind organic agriculture. The talk provides an opportunity to consider how the way we manage farmland can influence soils, water, biodiversity and the wider countryside.

With farming playing such an important role in shaping Shropshire's landscapes, this is an opportunity to learn more about an approach that seeks to work with natural processes and support healthier ecosystems.
