Our vision is for Shropshire to be alive with wildlife, loved by people and its wild places cherished.

Shropshire Wildlife Trust

  • Cares for 40 nature reserves, including woods, meadows and wetland bird havens
  • Welcomes people to its nature reserves
  • Campaigns for positive development that respects our natural environment
  • Encourages people to enjoy nature with walks, talks and events in town and country
  • Brings thousands of school children in touch with nature through school grounds projects and trips to nature reserves
  • Has local branches around the county
  • Involves volunteers in all aspects of its work

Our 10,000 members  give us strength, making us an effective champion for local wildlife.
