About the event
Meet at Sherry Mill Hill car park to car share about 4 miles. Parking at the start of the walk is limited . We will follow both sides of the Wych Brook between Higher and Lower Wych looking for wild flowers and other wildlife interest . We will also pass a saline spring and Brine Pits Farm reflecting the origin of names containing wych or wich. The route is undulating with a couple of moderate ascents totally 62m. There are a number of stiles. Sensible footwear and bring a drink. Leader Malcolm Monie
