Land Management Advice

At Shropshire Wildlife Trust we have a goal of 30% of nature managed for nature. This cannot be achieved within the boundaries of our own land and we need private landowners across Shropshire to join us in this effort.

We provide a suite of paid and pro-bono services to support landowners to manage their land with nature in mind.

Our Landscape Recovery team can support with:

  • Managing land for Biodiversity Net Gain
  • Accessing Environmental Land Management Schemes such as the Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) and Countryside Stewardship Higher Tier (CSHT)
  • Ecological surveying and monitoring
  • Habitat creation
  • Natural flood management
