About the event

Lightmoor Nature Reserve is home to a small group of grazing animals, including Norman the donkey. Norman recently decided to go on an adventure into a nearby community orchard, so we need some help to build a fence for him and his friends.

This will be led by Community Reserves Officer Matt Hawkins over three days on the 20^th, 21^st and 28^th July. You are welcome to sign up to just one or two days, or all three. It’s a great opportunity to get some experience in practical skills for conservation work, and find out more about what it’s like to work on nature reserves.

This is part of a range of activities Shropshire Wildlife Trust is offering specifically for young people aged 16-25.
